WHOLESALE ORDERING WITH SANDRA SMITH™

Thank you for your interest in becoming a retailer. Please familiarize yourself with our Wholesale Policies before applying to become a retailer.

All retailers carrying Sandra Smith products are required to include the Sandra Smith name in the product title or in the product description. Once you are approved as a retailer, you may only sell at the locations submitted and approved through your wholesale application. Accounts with online presence may not utilize national/global selling platforms, including but not limited to Amazon.com, Ebay.com, ETSY, JET, Shoptique, etc.  Failure to comply will result in your wholesale status being revoked.

All Sandra Smith products being sold online must state: “created by Sandra Smith".

PAYMENT

All wholesale orders are placed through shopsandrasmith.com. Payments are required prior to shipping, either through Stripe credit card processing, PayPal, or check. Net 30 terms are not offered at this time. Returned checks subject to $25 fee. Orders paid by check will only ship once check is cleared. 

SHIPPING

We strive to get orders out as fast as we can. Please keep in mind that all of our items are handmade in our studio! The average wholesale order processing time is up to two weeks from order date. This does not include the shipping and delivery time of 2-5 business days. Please allow extra time for international orders. Feel free to  contact us for specific lead times. All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and international orders ship via USPS First Class International. 

DISPLAY & PACKAGING

Wholesale orders are packaged in as few boxes as possible. All items are retail ready and will include hang tags.

All Sandra Smith products must be sold in their original packaging. Unfortunately, if you do not comply it may end up in account termination.  If you have any questions regarding the way our items are packaged or need display ideas, feel free to email us at hello@shopsandrasmith.com.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We ask that all changes to your order be submitted by email to hello@shopsandrasmith.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Any returns to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours cannot be honored as production prep would have already begun. Being that all of our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns.

ORDERING

You can apply for a wholesale account with Sandra Smith by filling out THIS FORM. If you have already been set up as a wholesale buyer, simply log in to your account and shop online at the wholesale rate. Please be mindful of our minimum quantity requirements when ordering. 

PRODUCT IMAGES & USAGE

Only approved retailers and affiliates are permitted to use Sandra Smith copyrighted product photography to market Sandra Smith products. Failure to obtain permissions will result in intellectual property & copyright infringement. The photography rights provided to us only extends to the marketing of our products and for the Sandra Smith site. Also, all Sandra Smith™ products being sold online must state: “created by Sandra Smith”.

PRESS

Is there a feature in your future? We would love to know if you plan on seeking national or online press for your store using Sandra Smith products. Please credit “Sandra Smith” for the items used and inform us of all details (media outlet, date, etc) through hello@shopsandrasmith.com.
